Time never stops. It comes and goes. Those who wait for the opportune moment to come so that they can accomplish what they want are often seen regretting. Those who are practical and prudent in their approach always make every moment conducive to action and act sincerely with all their physical and intellectual resources to achieve what they want. In the words of Charles Buxton, “You will never find time for anything. If you want time you must make it.” These words corroborate the immense importance of action in life. Without action nothing can be achieved. Some people dream of success while some wake up and work hard at it. The greater is the goal, the more effort is needed. However, you can achieve anything in life with the power of your hands. You just have to get determined. Even mountains can be moved with unflinching determination and indomitable will.
Self-confidence comes from within, no doubt, but you have to develop it by degrees. If you want to achieve something big in life, you should believe in doing a lot of homework. Start doing small things first. It will fill you with confidence and make you experienced. You will have confidence that if you have done a little thing well, you can do the same for a bigger thing as well. This you should do even if you are talented. A highly talented person also needs practice and improvement. Constant practice adds sheen to every talent and makes it appear attractive and more desirable. “No one can arrive from being talented alone. God gives talent; work transforms talent into genius.” If you want to achieve success, you should always look for ways to improve yourself. Always work hard to become better than what you are because he who stops being better, stops being good too. Act continuously and you will become better and better.
En route to the achievement of your goal, you will sometimes encounter changes in circumstances. Never let yourself be bogged down by any change. Changes are part of life and everybody has to accept it. You need to adapt yourself to every change and carry on your efforts. No change should act as an obstacle and you should continue undeterred. In every two or three years, some changes are made in the question patterns of competitive examinations but those who are determined to emerge victorious analyse the changes and prepare accordingly. What matters the most is rising to the occasion, not to let the feeling creep in that circumstances have changed and it is difficult to survive. Always remember that life belongs to the living and he who lives must be prepared for changes.
If you are in the habit of acting in a systematic and continuous manner, no change will catch you unawares and you will at once get acquainted with it. You will be aware of every step to be taken and move in the right direction. It is not that you will never commit any mistake; your self-confidence will always help you realise your mistake and keep you away from repeating it and enable you to accomplish your goal.
Hoping that you believe in success and achieve it,
